Little Grebe

These blighters can be hard to spot as they will dive as soon as they sense any sort of danger, resurfacing quite some distance from where they were first seen. They're small birds that can be mistaken for the young of other similar species. The RSPB lists it as having amber status, and there's more information on their website.
